Abstract:
By applying variance analysis method, the final exam results in statistics of 3113 students from Anhui University of Finance and Economics were taken as a sample and had been analyzed from the aspect of professional factors that influenced the teaching effect of statistics. It was found that there existed significant difference in the learning effect of statistic among students from different majors at 95% confidence level. The results reflected the importance of professional factors in statistic teaching. Statistic education in financial and economic colleges and universities should take professional backgrounds of students into account.
