Abstract: At present, there are some main problems in ideological and political work of teachers in colleges and universities, such as absence of the main body for a long time, more emphasis on vocational work than ideological and political work, and lack of real-time tracking evaluation and coping mechanism of ideological state. In order to strengthen ideological and political work of teachers, work department of Party committee teachers should play a role in the overall planning and design, career planning, construction of teachers' morality and style and solving practical problems, so as to improve the effect of teachers' ideological and political work.
