Abstract:
At present, the connotation of metallurgical industry has undergone profound changes, and the requirements for the knowledge structure and competence of talents are constantly developing. Metallurgical engineering specialty should establish new talent training objectives, reform curriculum system and teaching content, explore the deep cross integration between different specialties, and pay attention to the establishment of scientific evaluation system in the implementation of talent training plan, so as to realize the transformation and upgrading of the specialty under the background of new engineering.
