Abstract: The implementation of dual selection mode of undergraduate tutorial system breaks through the restriction of random matching mode, endowing teachers and students with full freedom to choose each other, which is conducive to cultivating interdisciplinary talents. Starting with system design, controlling the implementation of undergraduate tutorial system from the aspects of source, process and result is helpful to reform and improve the undergraduate tutorial system, stimulate the enthusiasm of tutors and students and improve the quality of undergraduate talent cultivation.
