Abstract: Student affairs is one of the core components of student work in colleges and universities. Integrating and optimizing student affairs service mode and improving service efficiency and quality are inevitable trends in the development of student work in colleges and universities. The construction and operation program of student affairs service center established and implemented by Ma'anshan Technical College based on the student-oriented concept has achieved outstanding results in the construction of counselor team, financial aid management, employment guidance and mental health education.
