Connotation, Structure and Measurement of Enterprise Inclusive Innovation from the Perspective of Perception-Response

Abstract
Based on the model of "perceptual response", the theoretical connotation and internal structure of enterprise inclusive innovation are defined, and 92 enterprises' survey data are used for the preliminary determination of the scale. After determining the scale item, 176 enterprise data are employed for empirical tests. Finally, an enterprise inclusive innovation scale with 13 dimensions including perceived activity, interpretive activity and responsive activity in three dimensions has been developed, and the empirical research has verified the correctness of the theoretical construction and the focus of enterprise inclusive innovation.
