An Investigation on Employment Situation of Eight Strategic Emerging Industrial Enterprises in Ma'anshan City

The result of a sampling survey on eight strategic emerging enterprises in Ma'anshan City shows that the employees of enterprises are characterized by industry features and the employment is generally stable. Given the employment needs of enterprises and the reality, human resources services sector should actively take innovative initiatives to further strengthen the recruitment services and promote the healthy development of eight industrial enterprises.
