A Study of College English Teachers' Application of Micro-lectures

Abstract
Through the questionnaire and interviews of some English teachers from different higher vocational colleges in Anhui Province about micro-lecture application, the results show that the application of micro-lectures in English teaching in higher vocational colleges is still in the stage of exploration, which is mainly influenced by the subjective intention of teachers, information-based teaching ability and students' autonomous learning ability. To promote the application of micro-lectures, we should support them further, establish research team, set up resources platform, reform evaluation mechanism, guide their autonomous study, give full play to them, promote personalized teaching and cultivate the training of students' autonomous learning ability.
