Abstract
With the increasingly serious employment situation today, the employment guidance education for college students is particularly important. College students' career self-efficacy is affected by relevant experience, attribution style, cultural background and career goals, etc. In view of these factors, the paper proposes the promotion ways of university students' career self-efficacy:providing affirmative and positive efficacy information; demonstrating timely and reasonable cognitive attribution; reconstructing harmonious and balance cultural identity; agreeing on appropriate and matched career goals to achieve the promotion of their career self-efficacy.
