Research and Practice on the Cultivation of “Four-in-One” Talents among Economy and Trade Majors

As the international economic environment and new requirements for domestic economic development keep changing, the demand for economy and trade talents with high quality is increasingly growing. There exists disconnection between talent cultivation of economy and trade related majors in colleges and market demand. Traditional economy and trade talents cultivation mode faces great challenges. Our university established a cultivation mode of "Knowledge, Competence, Quality, and Personality", the so called "four-in-one mode", through revising and reforming professional talents cultivation program, planning teaching resources in and out of class, integrating educational platforms on and off campus, optimizing curriculum system, updating teaching contents and intensifying teaching reform.
