Writings and Textual Researches of Wang Fu in the Five Dynasties

Wang Fu was a politician and historian in the Five Dynasties and the early Song Dynasty. His historical works Institutional History of Tang and Institutional History of the Five Dynasties created a new style of historical books and preserved abundant historical materials about decrees and regulations of Tang and Five Dynasties. Records of Zhou Shizong was also valued by the historians of the period of North and South Song Dynasties. Most of his twenty volumes of poems and proses were lost, while only a few have been handed down to present.
