Abstract
The single buildings of public rental housing are mainly small units about 40 square meters, and are strictly controlled within 60 square meters. This kind of single spatial structure layout can not meet the living and psychological needs of different occupants. The key to solve this problem is to combine the mortise and tenon structure of traditional Chinese household with the modern household space structure, and to change the spatial structure of public rental housing flexibly.
