Abstract
By studying the flipped classroom of the College English Extension Elective Course, it is founded that teachers can construct their roles as curriculum developers, video producers, learning guides, activity planners, classroom participants, discussion organizers, assessors, and solvers in flipped classrooms by adapting to the physical, communicative and psychological contexts, and using speech acts, styles, appellations and paralinguistic information reasonably.
