A Study on Chinese-English Translation Teaching Guided by Intertextuality Theory
-
-
Abstract
Traditional Chinese-English translation teaching emphasizes practice and despises theory. Its classroom teaching takes teachers as the main body while students are passive receivers of knowledge in Chinese-English translation. Introducing intertextuality theory into Chinese-English translation teaching can help students transcend pure language level and use intertextuality theory to find the corresponding English translation in the target language, so as to achieve the equivalence of English translation and enhance its acceptability.
