A Research on the Innovation of Physical Education Teaching Mode in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Healthy China

At present, there are some problems in physical education teaching in colleges and universities, such as backward teaching ideas, methods and objectives, obvious competitive characteristics of teaching classification and so on. Based on this, physical education teachers in colleges and universities should update their teaching objectives, reduce competitive characteristics of physical education, increase students' freedom of choosing courses, innovate teaching methods, formulate comprehensive and effective teaching evaluation standards, and improve the quality of physical education teaching.
