Application of Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) in College Physical Education Teaching

Abstract
In the teaching of physical education in colleges and universities, Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) has shown its unique advantages in improving students' autonomous learning ability, making full use of time, and forming benign interactions among various parties by virtue of its convenience, flexibility, and wide audience. It is necessary to combine MOOC with traditional classroom teaching to cultivate students' autonomous learning ability, build a "school-family" coordination mechanism to form a benign interaction, improve the quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation system to promote scientific teaching management.
