A Research on the Application of Binaural Ball Gymnastics in Track and Field Course in Colleges and Universities

Taking the track and field course of freshman in Anhui University of Technology as the research object, this paper studies the application of binaural ball gymnastics in track and field course teaching, and discusses its feasibility and practicability in warming-up exercises. Results show that the application of binaural ball gymnastics in track and field course teaching conforms to the characteristics of track and field course in colleges and universities, meet students' learning needs, improve their interest, shape their body, and improve their sports performance.
