Value Evaluation of Internet Enterprises Based on the Hierarchy of User Engagement

  • Based on the theory of hierarchy of user engagement, this paper improves the user-based value evaluation model from three aspects:estimating number of users, retention rate and marketing expenses. Then an Internet enterprise is adopted as a case to illustrate the evaluation process.
