A Study on the Influencing Factors of Major-transferred Students’ Adaptability

Taking the major-transferred students in Anhui University of Technology as the research object, this paper studies the influencing factors of students’ adaptability after transferring majors. Results show that the adaptability of college students is good after transferring majors; Moreover, students’ grade ranking, interpersonal relationship, opportunities and willingness to participate extracurricular activities have no significant impact on their adaptability; In addition, different factors play different roles in improving students’ adaptability after transferring majors; Finally, different values of the same factor have different impacts on the improvement of adaptability, and the difference degree of the impacts is highly correlated with the degree of values.
