Assessment and Analysis of Freshmen’s Vocational Quality in School of Business

Career planning is an important part of entrance education for freshmen. At the beginning of freshmen’s enrollment in 2018, the School of Business in Anhui University of Technology adopted JIXUN college students’ career assessment and planning system to evaluate freshmen’s interests, personalities, skills, values and learning styles, and conducted activity analysis under the guidance of the fundamental purpose of freshmen’s career planning, so as to provide the original data basis for career planning guidance and offer guidance to the career planning of individual freshmen.
