An Analysis on the Rationality and Implementation Strategy of Code for Archives Management of Construction Projects in Colleges and Universities

Based on the analysis of the applicable norms of the archives management of capital construction in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the logical choice of Code for Archives Management of Construction Projects, and designs some implementation strategies, including four-party and two-level management organization, management mechanism of contract assessment and audit, project file management system, and classifying the documents such as network communication, monitoring, and accounting of deferred assets into capital construction archives.
