On the Effectiveness of Students’ Teaching Evaluation of College English Course

  • With the characteristics of large class hours and wide coverage, college English course has no independent students' teaching evaluation index system, whose goal orientation is only to provide reference for improving teachers' teaching. The effectiveness of students' teaching evaluation needs to be improved. Therefore, based on the theory of effective teaching and the spirit of College English Teaching Guide, this paper constructs a new teaching evaluation index system of college English course from the perspective of students according to its curriculum characteristics and language learning rules.
