Abstract
The new era has put forward new requirements for the cultivation of urban and rural planning talents. Urban and rural planning education should strengthen the intersection and integration of disciplines, and cultivate students' systematic thinking and collaborative consciousness. There are some problems in the teaching of urban and rural planning and design courses, such as weak professional cooperation, difficult knowledge integration, limited topic selection, narrow vision, students' low learning initiative, single evaluation, and non-significant teaching effect. To explore "multi professional joint workshop" and construct the teaching system from the aspects of teaching organization, teaching content, teaching methods and evaluation system can solve the problems in teaching, broaden professional vision, stimulate students' interest in active learning and cultivate students' innovation ability.
