Thinking of the Construction of Archives Rule of Law under the Digital Transformation

Digital transformation has revolutionized the traditional archives management industry, and the construction of the rule of law for archives in the new era cannot be delayed. Aiming at the problems of incomplete electronic archives legal construction system and unclear legal status of electronic archives in the construction of archives rule of law, it is proposed to strengthen the construction of electronic regulations, build a comprehensive and systematic electronic regulatory framework, establish and improve the enforcement and supervision mechanism of archives rule of law, and continue to strengthen archives publicity and education of laws and regulations to form a good atmosphere for consciously abiding by the law and other countermeasures.
