A Study on the Anxiety of TCFL Teachers Coming from English Majors in Colleges and Universities

At present, many college English teachers have transformed into TCFL teachers to solve the problem of shortage of TCFL teachers. However, due to the influence of the change of teaching object and teaching content, teachers after transformation are under great psychological pressure and have different degrees of anxiety. The TCFL teachers after transformation should adapt to the new teaching requirements, improve the ability of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, and adjust the anxiety brought by the transformation through positive psychological adjustment.
