WeChat Official Account in the Network Psychological Counseling in Colleges and Universities

Based on the practice of college network psychological counseling in WeChat official account, this paper finds that the number of information in network psychological counseling is almost in the morning session, with the main content of interpersonal relationship problem. The help seekers always adopt short sentences to state their problems and most of them use short-term network psychological counseling. The main forms of network psychological counseling are online communication and interaction, online psychological knowledge popularization and offline practice. There are some problems in network psychological counseling, such as delay in communication and deviation in understanding. Network psychological counseling should form multi-level and multi angle psychological counseling, establish mutual trust psychological counseling relationship, and improve the effect of psychological counseling through network interaction.
