Research and Practice on “Four Combinations” Teaching Mode of Psychological Health Education Course in Colleges and Universities

Psychological health course teaching is one of the important contents of mental health education in colleges and universities. In view of the shortage of teaching resources in the teaching process of psychological health course in colleges and universities, this paper explores the construction of the “four combinations” teaching mode of college students' psychological health education course, including the combination of compulsory and elective, the combination of classroom and practice, the combination of online and offline, the combination of teaching and group counseling. The reform has promoted college students to accept psychological health education, mobilized the enthusiasm of students' affairs division to carry out psychological health education, and improved the quality of psychological education.
