Research on the Service Design of Luminaire Products Based on Emotional Experience

  • Based on the concept of service design, the characteristics and emotional needs of users are analyzed to explore the influencing factors of user emotional experience of lamps and lanterns, conduct innovative design research on the emotional experience of the luminaire, and propose lamp service design strategies, including personalized modeling and lighting design, good interactive experience design, and deep connotation culture design.
