Abstract
The college student work department is an important force to carry out the “three-entire education” and construct the “ten-function education” system. The main reasons for the problems such as weak joint force among the whole staff, loose connection of the whole process of education and insufficient all-round education linkage in the current “three-entire education” of the student work department are that the ideological understanding of the student staff is not in place, the theoretical research is not deep enough, and the student work system and mechanism are not perfect. It is necessary to be problem-oriented and result-oriented, raise the political position, strengthen top-level design, internal governance and reform innovation, promote the organizational construction of learning-oriented and research-oriented student work department, actively carry out relevant theoretical research and model innovation, and gradually improve relevant systems and mechanisms to improve the effect of “three-entire education”.
