Research on the Incentive Mechanism of Online Teaching Teachers in Universities under the Background of COVID-19

  • Under the Background of epidemic prevention and control, the incentive mechanism of online teaching teachers in colleges and universities plays an important role in ensuring the quality of online teaching. The teaching incentive and safeguard mechanism of university teachers pay more attention to scientific research than to teaching achievements. There exist some problems, such as an imperfect teaching effect evaluation system, a single incentive mechanism, and a lack of incentive mechanisms for teachers’ professional development. In the context of the epidemic, colleges and universities should establish an incentive mechanism for online teaching teachers, improve teachers’ enthusiasm and initiative in online teaching, and ensure the improvement of online teaching quality.
