Research on the Legal Regulations of Internet Speech Freedom

Internet speech freedom is one of the fundamental rights of our citizens. The right of speech freedom on Internet derives from the exercise of the right of speech freedom on Internet platform. The right of speech freedom on Internet naturally has certain boundaries and constraints, which requires legal regulations for speech freedom on Internet. To perfect the legal regulations of it, we should implement legal regulations of the speech freedom on Internet, make clear its boundary, and scientifically and reasonably classify Internet speech contents, carrier and media so as to fully protect citizen's right speech freedom on Internet, and guide and regulate it as well, to realize dynamic equilibrium of their rights, Internet security and orderly and sustainable social development.
