A Study on Countermeasures to Improve the Quality of Graduation Thesis (Design) in Application-oriented Colleges

Through sampling inspection of graduation thesis (design) in an application-oriented undergraduate college, it is found that graduation thesis (design) has shortcomings in topic selection, writing quality and innovation ability. Colleges should establish a complete scientific research and training system to enhance students' innovative ability, strengthen the construction of instructors and strengthen the guidance to students, establish the whole process quality monitoring system and strictly control the quality, pay attention to multi-dimensional evaluation and give full play to the feedback function of evaluation. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the graduation design (thesis) and the quality of personnel training in application-oriented colleges, and puts forward some concrete countermeasures in order to effectively improve the quality of graduation design (thesis) in application-oriented colleges.
