Analysis of the Construction of Young Teachers in Local Universities from the Perspective of First-class Undergraduate Education

  • The first-class undergraduate education puts forward higher requirements for young teachers in colleges and universities in terms of their professional ethics, teaching ability, scientific research ability, management ability, communication ability and analysis ability. Colleges and universities should make efforts in formulating medium and long-term plans for the construction of young teachers, deepening the reform of the personnel system of colleges and universities, improving the incentive mechanism of colleges and universities, and strengthening the construction of young teachers' ethics, so as to build a team of young teachers with noble moral character and excellent quality, and lay a solid foundation for the long-term development of local colleges and universities.
