A Study on Enterprise Credit Relations and Earnings Forecast of Associated Analysts

Based on the samples of listed companies from 2013 to 2015, we investigated the influence of credit relations of affiliated commercial banks of financial group on analysts' behavior of underlying security. Results show that the associated analysts' earnings forecasts for corporate borrower are more accurate than those of non-associated analysts due to their advantages of information channel.
