Operational Difficulty and Coping Strategies of “Three Social Linkage” Mechanism

Since the establishment of the "three social linkage" mechanism, many cities have started experimental work of this mechanism in succession. There are bright spots in pilot work, but also a few problems. Solutions of these problems lie in improving the distributive spots of office space for community service; paying attention to the construction of college students'social work; promoting equal cooperation between the government and social institutions; ensuring government's support dynamics of capital and tax preference; utilizing social resources to stimulate mass participation; optimizing the cultivating environment of social organizations.
