A Study on Teaching Quality Monitoring of Foreign Teachers from the Perspective of Intercultural Communication

  • Language and cultural differences between foreign teachers and students have caused cultural conflicts and influenced the quality of teaching to a certain extent. Universities should formulate special foreign teacher training programs to strengthen the dynamic detection of foreign teachers' classroom teaching and further develop the cultural empathy ability of foreign teachers and Chinese managers, students' English application ability and cross-cultural communication skills.
