The Internet Public Opinion Analysis of Cross-Border Import Online Retailer Platform Based on Big Data

  • From the consumers' point of view and their comments on the three cross-border online retailer platforms, the quantitative and visual analysis shows that products' quality and logistics are consumers' major concern, especially products' quality is the major cause of the large-scale overseas online shopping, though, they are not fully satisfied with the quality of what they bought. Therefore, we should strengthen the monitoring of imported goods, timely release information about purchasing overseas goods and foster the mass consumer culture of purchasing domestic goods.
