Research on New Energy Automotive Industry's Comprehensive Controlling System Locked by Traditional Technology System

  • Owing to the lock of the traditional energy technology system, it is difficult for China to achieve the great-leap-forward development of new energy automotive, and breaking the lock of traditional energy's technology system successfully to realize the great-leap-forward development, the key point is to set up comprehensive controlling system. In order to ensure the comprehensive controlling system's effectiveness and high efficiency, this article redefines the traditional energy technology system's lock, analyses the formation process of its lock. Based on these analyses, the basic framework of Chinese new energy automotive industry's comprehensive controlling system is set up.
