Research on Supply Chain Risk Management of Real Estate Enterprise

With the help of literature review and questionnaire survey, the supply chain risk of the real estate industry is identified. Then the supply chain risk evaluation matrix is established by means of the risk matrix analysis method based on Ritwik. And finally, the real estate enterprises can actively respond to the supply chain risk according to the evaluation results of the matrix and take different countermeasures accordingly to eliminate risks immediately and guarantee its predictability and controllability.
