Symbol is a kind of visual language. Product design calls for the practical function, presentational function, figurative function and symbolic function of the product to convey relevant information to users in symbolic language. The design of tourist souvenirs embodies the essence of national culture, regional culture and times culture in the tourist souvenirs through the concept of semiotics, so as to better publicize and disseminate the national culture.
