The Interpretation of the Pre-Qin Confucian Justice from the View of Socialist Justice

During the process of building a socialist view of justice, we must adhere to regard the Marxist view of justice as the Guide, base on localization and traditional Chinese culture thought and deepen the study of the pre-Qin Confucian Justice view. We should criticize, inherit, transform and surpass the Confucian thought of justice from the economic, political, social and ecological dimensions to perfect and enrich the structure and the content of the socialist view of justice.
