Graduates majoring in Statistics have sound theoretical foundation in data analysis and high sensitivity to data, which makes their employment both advantageous and disadvantageous, and they have both opportunities and challenges. Universities should promote employment service standard with big data technology, provide effective guarantee for graduates from statistics majors, improve practical teaching effects, and promote their comprehensive quality to guarantee graduates employment.
