Research on the Effect of Project Empowerment on Inter-Organizational Trust under EPC Mode

All dimensions of Project empowerment climate can influence interorganizational trust.Results show that the influence of cross border autonomy and the team-orientated cooperation on calculus-based trust is not obvious,but it is obvious on relation trust.Therefore,with EPC model,the head-contractor share sub-contractor a certain amount of autonomy through information sharing to foster a sense of team replacing hierarchy,effectively improve level of trust among organizations and promote cooperative effect.
