Research on the Compulsory Medical Examination Supervision Mechanism

It is imperative for us to strictly follow the law of Criminal Procedure aboutthe special procedure of mental patients compulsory medical examination, who do not bear criminal responsibility, and establish scientific and feasible compulsory medical examination mechanism. At present, the law of compulsory medical procedure in our country is a little bit rigid, and lack of detailed rules for the setting up of institutions, adopting temporary protective measures, and terminating the medical treatment etc., which are not favorable for procuratorate's supervision work. Learning from foreign legislation experience, constructing compulsory medical supervision, we should strengthen temporary protective measure for supervision, and standardize compulsory medical terminating procedure supervision mechanism etc.
