Study on Deepening the System of Prosecutorial Disclosure in the New Media Context

In the context of new media, public opinion supervision has the characteristics of complexity, wide scope, and time periodicity. This requires that the public prosecuto's public affairs must be promptly disclosed, and the contents of disclosure must be comprehensive and specific. It is necessary to deepen the system of disclosure of the procuratorial affairs and further improve the open procedural design of the procuratorial affairs:establish specialized institutions; increase public content; prepare public opinion response plans; and strengthen accountability.
