A Study on EPC General Contracting Management Mode of Fabricated Buildings Based on BIM

Concerning the present situation and existing problems of fabricated building management, this paper proposes to construct the EPC general contracting mode suitable for fabricated building from six aspects, including schedule management, quality management, cost control, organizational structure, information management and communication management. In addition, BIM technology is applied in the EPC mode to realize the information management of the whole process including design, production, construction, operation and maintenance of fabricated buildings, so as to improve the efficiency of communication and management.
