The era of digital economy requires the flow and sharing of information, but it can not sacrifice the protection of personal information security. Legislation should regulate the legal protection and rational use of personal information, and distinguish the boundaries between the protection of personal information and the normal and legitimate use of personal information. In the future, the personal information right should be given an independent legal status in Personality Law. And Personal Information Right Law and its related laws and regulations should be formulated to establish a complete legal system on personal information in view of specific, specialized and special problems involved in the personal information right.
