A Discussion on Logical Structure Generation Mechanism of Local Voluntary Service Regulations

Many local voluntary service regulations promulgated in China have the characteristics of purpose consistency, structural similarity and content convergence. But there are still shortcomings in the structural arrangement, so it is necessary to reconstruct the logical structure of local voluntary service regulations so as to form a logical structure generation mechanism which takes volunteers, volunteers organizations and served people as the main body, takes voluntary service activities, incentives and guarantees as the object, takes the rights and obligations in voluntary service as the content, and regulates legal liability of voluntary service.
