The Practice Exploration and Path Optimization of Poverty Withdrawal Mechanism

In order to realize the orderly withdrawal of the poor population, poor villages and poor counties, and to ensure that the withdrawal of poverty reflects objective reality and can stand the test, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have established a poverty withdrawal mechanism. In the process of implementation, various regions have formulated differentiated withdrawal standards and implementation rules of procedures. Third party evaluation should be supplemented on this basis to further improve the rationality, feasibility and impartiality of poverty withdrawal mechanism.
