Education and Development of College Students' Psychological Capital

College students' psychological capital is an important core competitiveness beyond professional, academic, physical and other qualities. It is the guarantee for the constant appreciation of college students' psychological resources and the psychological foundation of their life development. The education of college students' psychological capital should be supported by ideals and beliefs education, based on the development of psychological resources, combined with mental health education, and should follow the law of college students' psychological development. It is the only way for college students to become creative talents to adhere to the concept of psychological capital, make "learning" the inner need of college students, abandon utilitarian "learning", and cultivate the consciousness of continuous active learning with subjective initiative.
